Where Can You Find Your Priceless Collection Pieces?
People collect everything from coffee cups to keys, shoes, umbrellas, hats, cats, dogs, and butterflies, but that is not the end of the list. Most people at some point in their live collected something. Some collect more interesting things than others, some prefer to collect unusual things.
Depending on what you’re collecting you can find almost anything on the internet if you know where to look. Websites such as Craigslist, EBay, online yard sales, and people’s personal websites where they like to show off their collections.
One of the most unusual collections that I personally have discovered is a huge collection of more than six hundred Toasters. Believe it or not there are some very pricey pieces in that collection. One toaster in particular from the 1920′s has a price tag of 3,500 which comes to about 419.99 US dollars. Can you imagine that?
The collectors first toaster was purchased at a yard sale in San Francisco. It was a 1950′s pop-up style chrome toaster, and it was for his personal use. Now the collection is displayed on an online toaster museum.
